Refund Policy

Conditions
The following conditions must be met:

  1. Item(s) must be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery.

  2. Item(s) must be in their original condition, unworn, unsoiled, unwashed and in with their original tags attached. If this is not the case, the item(s) will not be accepted.

  3. All exchanges are final and cannot be returned for a refund or further exchange.

  4. Items marked 'Final Sale' cannot be returned, refund or exchanged, unless deemed faulty

  5. Returns or Exchanges will not be accepted on Wholesale or Corporate orders.

Please Note: Items marked 'Final sale' or 'Summer Sale' cannot be returned, refund or exchanged, unless deemed faulty.

How to Return or Exchange:

Customers in Australia & New Zealand:

  1. Please submit your return or exchange request via our sales@coffstechshop.com.au.

  2. 2Tenths does not cover the cost of return postage for refunds or exchanges. This is charged to you at a flat rate that will be deducted from the total order value. For customers in Australia, $9.95 AUD. For customers in New Zealand, $19.95 AUD.
